Your Wedding Ceremony at a Tudor Manor in Warwickshire
Gorcott Hall has three licensed ceremony spaces. On a fine day, the courtyard and wisteria-framed gardens host up to 100 guests outdoors. The Sitting Room, inside the 16th-century manor house, holds up to 70 for something more intimate, and the Wedding Barn, with its original oak beams, seats up to 100. We agree a weather Plan B with you in advance.
Before the ceremony, the Gown Suite is yours from 9 am, with twin showers, hair and make-up stations and a mirrored stage for the dress. Couples travel from Birmingham, Solihull and across the Midlands to say I do here.
Your morning preparation
Tradition may say you shouldn’t see one another before the ceremony. It does, however, leave one rather lovely decision to make: who gets the Gown Suite?
With more than 300 square feet dedicated entirely to the preparations, it’s a wonderfully calm and private place to begin the day. Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed, the suite features twin showers, underfloor heating, hair and make-up stations, an integrated sound system and its own kitchen area — with a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge, with our compliments.
There’s private access for your hair, make-up and other suppliers, plenty of room for those joining you as you get ready, and a beautifully lit mirrored stage for the all-important first look at the dress.
The Gown Suite is exclusively yours from 9.00am on the morning of your wedding, with earlier access available by prior arrangement.

1. Can we have our civil ceremony at Gorcott Hall? Yes. Gorcott Hall has licensed ceremony spaces, giving you the option to marry indoors or, weather permitting, outside in The Courtyard. 2. Can we get married outside? Absolutely. If the weather is kind, The Courtyard makes a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, surrounded by historic buildings and manicured gardens. 3. What happens if it rains? We always have a Plan B. We’ll discuss this with you before the wedding day, and we can make the final call on the morning while you’re getting ready. 4. How many guests can attend the ceremony? The Sitting Room can host up to 70 people, including the registrars, a Gorcott team member and your photographers. For larger ceremonies, the Wedding Barn or The Courtyard can accommodate up to 100 guests. 5. Can we have a church wedding and come back to Gorcott Hall afterwards? Yes. There are several beautiful churches nearby, including Church of the Holy Ascension, St Leonard’s in Beoley and St Mary’s Catholic Church in Studley.
